Querviane Privacy Policy

Effective date: 13 July 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Dongguan Feizhicai Trading Co., Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you download, install, open, or otherwise use Querviane, our Android application distributed through Google Play. Querviane is an AI voice and text dialogue experience centered on self-worth, emotional clarity, and practical reflection. You can converse with ten distinct AI characters—each with a defined personality and focus area such as boundary setting, comparison anxiety, decision support, and nighttime emotional grounding—through text chat or live voice calls. The disclosures below explain what we collect, why we use it, who may receive it, how long we keep it, what safeguards apply, and what choices you have. If you do not agree with this Policy, please discontinue use and uninstall the App from your device.

Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Local conversation and profile data on your device. Text messages, voice-call transcriptions saved after a call ends, per-character chat summaries, saved-role preferences, display nickname, avatar selection, optional locally generated numeric identifier, and complimentary-message counters are stored on your device using local database and preference mechanisms. This data remains on your device until you delete it through in-App controls—such as clearing a single character's history, clearing all chat records, removing saved roles, or uninstalling Querviane—or until the operating system removes App data during uninstallation or device reset.

Cloud-processed content. When you send text prompts, initiate voice features that require speech-to-text processing, or submit feedback with attached images, related payloads may be transmitted to our servers and service providers for inference, delivery, storage, and support handling. We retain such server-side copies only for the period needed to operate the feature, investigate errors, respond to your support or privacy requests, meet security obligations, and comply with applicable legal requirements. Retention periods vary by data category and operational need; where feasible, we apply automated deletion or de-identification after the relevant purpose is fulfilled.

Diagnostics and usage signals. Device metrics, usage events, and crash logs shared with analytics and crash-reporting partners are generally retained for limited periods aligned with product improvement cycles, typically ranging from several months to a bounded operational window, after which they are deleted, aggregated, or de-identified.

Feedback submissions. Feedback text and optional images you attach may be retained long enough to review the report, communicate with you if needed, remediate issues, and maintain an audit trail for quality and abuse prevention. You may request deletion of feedback-related personal information by contacting us at the email address in the Changes and Contact section.

Privacy request records. When you exercise a privacy right, we may retain a minimal record of the request and our response to demonstrate compliance, prevent duplicate processing, and resolve disputes, consistent with applicable law.

When retention ends, we delete or de-identify information using reasonable technical and organizational measures. Uninstalling Querviane removes locally stored App data from your device subject to Android behavior and any backups you maintain outside our control.

Data Inventory

The categories below reflect information Querviane may collect or process in connection with your use of the App. Sources include information you provide directly, data generated through your interactions, device and diagnostic signals, and content processed to deliver AI responses.

Information you provide or generate

Information collected automatically

Information processed to deliver core features

Where privacy laws—including the GDPR and UK GDPR—require a stated legal basis or lawful basis for processing personal data, we rely on the grounds below. Each major processing purpose is tied to at least one basis, and we apply data minimization throughout the App lifecycle.

Performance of a contract (or equivalent service delivery). When you use Querviane, we process information needed to operate core functionality: transmitting chat prompts and receiving AI-generated replies, enabling voice-call workflows that depend on speech processing, delivering character-based conversation features, hosting and delivering content through cloud infrastructure, and maintaining the local profile elements you configure for in-App display.

Legitimate interests. We process certain device, diagnostic, and usage information to secure the App, detect abuse, measure feature performance, analyze stability, and improve reliability. We balance these interests against your rights, limit collection to what is reasonably necessary, and do not use this data for unrelated commercial profiling. Where applicable law grants an objection right to processing based on legitimate interests, you may contact us to exercise it.

Consent. Where Android requires permission—or where applicable law requires consent—we rely on your choice before accessing the camera, microphone, photos and media, or external storage for optional features such as feedback image attachments or voice input during calls. You may withdraw consent by revoking permissions in Android settings; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal, but related features may stop functioning.

Legal obligation. We may process or retain information when necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, enforce our terms, protect users and the public, cooperate with regulators or courts when legally required, or meet record-keeping obligations.

The following summary maps primary purposes to legal bases:

| Processing purpose | Legal basis |

|---|---|

| AI chat, character replies, voice-call processing, and cloud delivery | Performance of a contract / service delivery |

| Optional camera, photos/media, microphone, and storage access | Consent (permission-based) |

| Device info, usage events, crash logs, diagnostics | Legitimate interests; consent where required by platform rules |

| Security monitoring and abuse prevention | Legitimate interests; legal obligation where applicable |

| Cloud hosting and content delivery through processors | Performance of a contract; legitimate interests |

| Responding to privacy and support requests | Legal obligation; legitimate interests |

Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. Our approach combines access controls, encryption in transit where supported for network communications, restricted personnel access on a need-to-know basis, and vendor management for infrastructure partners described in the Sharing Matrix.

Because no method of transmission or storage is completely risk-free, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data incident that affects your personal information and is likely to require notification under applicable law, we will take steps to investigate, mitigate harm, and notify affected individuals or regulators as required.

You can reduce risk by using current Android security updates, avoiding inclusion of highly sensitive identifiers in chat messages unless necessary, revoking permissions you no longer wish to grant, and uninstalling the App if you no longer want local conversation data stored on your device.

Children

Querviane is intended exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or process personal information from anyone under 18.

The App may ask you to confirm that you meet the age requirement during initial use. That step is a self-declaration only; we do not operate comprehensive age verification beyond this confirmation.

If you are under 18, you must not use the App. If we learn that information relating to a person under 18 has been submitted through the App or to our support channels, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information and restrict further processing. Parents or guardians who believe a minor has used Querviane may contact us at agoshebairvinrimes@gmail.com with sufficient detail for us to locate and remove relevant records. We will respond to privacy-related requests within a reasonable period after verification.

Rights and U.S. Notices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information or personal data. This section summarizes key rights and how to exercise them.

Global privacy rights

You may request access to personal data we hold about you, request deletion of personal information where applicable law allows, object to certain processing based on legitimate interests, request restriction of processing in limited circumstances, and request portability of certain data where technically feasible and required by law.

If you believe any personal data or personal information we maintain about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request correction (also called rectification) by emailing agoshebairvinrimes@gmail.com with a clear description of the information to be updated and sufficient detail for us to verify your request. We will review correction requests and respond within a reasonable period after verification.

To exercise privacy rights generally, email agoshebairvinrimes@gmail.com with your request type, the App name, a description of the data involved, and enough information for us to verify your identity. We will respond to privacy-related requests within a reasonable period after verification.

U.S. State Privacy Rights

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide you with specific rights regarding personal information, including the right to know about personal information collected, the right to delete certain personal information, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, and the right to opt out of sale or certain sharing activities where applicable.

California residents may exercise these rights by contacting agoshebairvinrimes@gmail.com. We will respond to privacy-related requests within a reasonable period after verification.

Right to know — Google Play disclosure paragraph. California residents have the right to know whether we collect, use, or disclose personal data or personal information, the categories of sources, the business purposes, and whether personal data is shared with third parties. This Policy describes those practices in the Data Inventory, Sharing Matrix, and Permissions sections. If you are a California resident and wish to understand how personal information is handled under the CCPA, contact agoshebairvinrimes@gmail.com.

Meaning of "share" under California law. Under the CCPA, share and sharing have a specific definition under California law that can include making personal information available to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, even when no money changes hands. Querviane does not sell personal information and does not authorize partners to use your data for cross-context behavioral advertising on our behalf. For a fuller description of recipients, data types, and purposes, see the Sharing Matrix in this Policy. California residents may exercise the right to know by emailing agoshebairvinrimes@gmail.com, and we will respond to privacy-related requests within a reasonable period after verification.

Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA)

If you are a Virginia resident, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) provides rights that may include accessing personal data, correcting inaccuracies, deleting personal data, obtaining a portable copy in certain cases, and opting out of specific processing activities.

Virginia residents may exercise VCDPA rights by contacting agoshebairvinrimes@gmail.com. We will respond to privacy-related requests within a reasonable period after verification.

How to opt out. The following explains how to opt out of certain processing categories under the VCDPA:

  1. Targeted advertising: Querviane does not use your personal data for targeted advertising as defined under the VCDPA. If you have questions or wish to confirm this practice, or if our practices change in the future, you may opt out or submit inquiries by emailing agoshebairvinrimes@gmail.com.
  2. Sale of personal data: We do not sell personal data. If you wish to confirm that we do not sell your personal data, or to exercise any applicable opt-out right should our practices change, contact agoshebairvinrimes@gmail.com.
  3. Profiling with legal or similarly significant effects: Querviane does not perform profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you. If you have questions about this practice or wish to opt out should our practices change, contact agoshebairvinrimes@gmail.com.

Sharing Matrix

We share information only as described in this section. Service providers and processors act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own independent marketing without authorization.

Cloud Hosting / CDN

Analytics / Crash reporting

Analytics and crash-reporting partners receive event and diagnostic data to help us understand feature usage, prioritize fixes, measure performance, and improve conversation reliability.

Other disclosures

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the safety of users or the public, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer subject to continued protection consistent with this policy. We do not authorize third parties to use shared data for cross-context behavioral advertising on our behalf.

We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.

Supplementary Reviewer Transparency

This section helps app store reviewers, regulators, and interested users reconcile this Privacy Policy with Querviane's Google Play listing, permission prompts, and in-App behavior.

Distribution and monetization. Querviane is distributed exclusively through Google Play for Android. The App is free and does not offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or Google Play Billing. We do not collect payment card data, billing identifiers, or purchase transaction records within the App.

AI conversation engine. Text and voice-derived prompts are processed to generate character-specific replies from AI models configured for self-worth and reflection-themed dialogue. Outputs are conversational and informational in nature; they are not legal, medical, financial, or mental-health treatment. If you include sensitive personal details in chat messages, those details may be transmitted for inference and may appear in diagnostic logs if an error occurs.

Local versus cloud processing. Chat history is stored in a local database on your device and can be viewed, cleared, or deleted through in-App controls. Network transmission occurs when features require cloud-based AI inference, hosting, content delivery, or diagnostic upload. Complimentary message limits per character are enforced in the App interface.

SDK inventory. No separate third-party SDK inventory was provided for this release beyond the infrastructure and analytics categories described in the Sharing Matrix. We do not integrate advertising SDKs for personalized ad delivery based on the current configuration.

Data safety alignment. Our Google Play Data safety disclosures are intended to match the following mappings:

Consistency commitment. We aim to keep this Privacy Policy, Google Play Data safety declarations, and in-App permission disclosures aligned. If you identify an apparent inconsistency, contact agoshebairvinrimes@gmail.com.

Permissions

Querviane requests Android permissions only for features that need them. You may grant or deny optional permissions through system dialogs, and you may revoke permissions later in Android settings. Revoking a permission may disable related functionality until you grant it again.

Camera

The camera is used when you choose to capture an image on the feedback screen. Camera access is not in the background. If you deny camera permission, you may still use text chat and other features that do not require capturing photos.

Microphone

The microphone is used during voice calls when you activate voice input so speech can be converted to text for AI processing and reply playback. Microphone access is not in the background outside active voice-call interaction you initiate.

Photos and media

Photos and media access supports selecting images from your device gallery for optional feedback attachments. Avatar selection in the personal center uses preset local avatars and does not require gallery access. Photos and media access is not in the background.

External Storage

External storage access, where requested on applicable Android versions, supports reading and writing media files under Android scoped storage rules for feedback image selection and preview. External storage access is not in the background. Revoking storage-related permissions may limit attachment workflows until permissions are restored.

Platform Scope

This Privacy Policy governs the Querviane Android application distributed through Google Play and the support channels we maintain for that distribution. It describes practices for Google Play / Android devices and Android permission models, including photos/media and scoped storage concepts.

Querviane is not described here as an App Store product, and this Policy does not address Apple-only frameworks, IDFA, or iOS-specific settings paths. If you obtained the App through an unauthorized repackage or sideload outside Google Play, additional risks may apply that we do not control.

Changes and Contact

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App changes, when our vendors or infrastructure evolve, when legal requirements shift, or when Google Play policies are revised. Material updates will be communicated through reasonable means, such as revising the effective date above, showing an in-App notice, or publishing an updated version where this Policy is made available. Continued use after the effective date of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of consent.

Questions about this Policy, requests to access or delete information, correction requests, objections to certain processing, or concerns about our practices may be sent to agoshebairvinrimes@gmail.com. We will respond to privacy-related requests within a reasonable period after verification.

Eligibility and Access Mode

Querviane is available to users aged 18 and above worldwide through Google Play, subject to regional availability, export controls, and local legal requirements. The App is designed for adults who wish to explore self-worth topics, emotional patterns, relationship boundaries, and decision clarity through AI-guided conversation with character-based companions.

No registration required. You may open and use Querviane without registering, signing in, or creating credentials. Access is initiated by installing the App and accepting applicable terms and this Privacy Policy.

Age confirmation. On first use or during onboarding, the App may ask you to confirm that you are at least 18. That step is a self-declaration only; we do not operate a comprehensive age-verification system beyond this initial confirmation.

Free usage limits. Querviane is offered without charge and without subscription billing. Each AI character includes a limited number of complimentary chat and voice interactions as shown in the App interface. When complimentary limits are reached, further conversation with that character is paused until limits reset or are otherwise adjusted in a future update with notice where required.

If you do not meet the age requirement or cannot accept this Privacy Policy, you must not use the App.

Additional Operational Details

Character-based experience. Querviane offers ten AI characters with distinct conversational styles. Each character maintains separate local conversation history on your device so you can return to prior discussions within that character's thread.

Text and voice modes. You may send written messages or initiate voice calls from the chat interface. Voice mode depends on microphone permission and processes speech only during interactions you start. AI replies in voice mode may be played through text-to-speech playback.

Personal center without accounts. The personal center lets you edit a display nickname, choose a preset avatar, copy an optional locally generated numeric identifier, and access saved roles. These elements are stored locally and are not a cloud account system.

Feedback channel. The feedback screen allows you to describe issues and optionally attach images using camera or gallery permissions. Submissions may be reviewed by our support team to improve reliability and address user reports.

Not professional advice. AI responses are generated for general conversational support and self-reflection. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis or considering self-harm, contact emergency services or a qualified professional rather than relying on the App.

Third-party infrastructure. We rely on cloud hosting, content delivery, analytics, and crash-reporting providers as described in the Sharing Matrix. No additional SDK list was supplied for this release beyond those categories.

Policy documents. You may also review our User Terms where made available alongside this Privacy Policy. For privacy-specific questions, use agoshebairvinrimes@gmail.com.

No Sale Statement

We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.
